Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment confirmation and stock verification. Delivery time and shipping charges depend on the destination, order size, carrier service and any special handling requirements.

Order Processing Time

Most standard orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and stock verification. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Wholesale, customized, pre-order, or unusually large orders may require additional preparation time. If a longer processing period applies, we will communicate the expected timing when reasonably possible.

Shipping Destinations

We support U.S. and international shipping where carrier service is available. Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout or confirmed directly for larger commercial orders.

Tracking & Delivery

When tracking is available, shipment details are provided after the order has been dispatched. Carrier transit estimates begin after the package has been handed to the carrier and are separate from the 1–3 business day processing period.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs to be corrected before shipment. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
